About this oil

Our cold-pressed olive oil is produced from olives harvested starting in September. The olives are collected from trees located just 7 km from the Mediterranean Sea in the Çukurova region.

Tasting notes
Green almond and cut grass on the nose, a peppery finish at the back of the throat. Cloudy gold while it is young.
Use
Raw — over bread, white cheese, lentil soup and winter salads.
