About this oil

Our early-harvest extra virgin olive oil is made from olives picked from September onwards, before they reach full ripeness. The olives come from groves in Hacımuminler, Zeynepli and Zeytinbeli; its recorded batches so far come from the Asmalı and Kaldırım groves in Yumurtalık, at 0.30% and 0.45% acidity.

Early picking gives the oil a fresh, more intense and peppery character. Use it raw: over gourmet salads and fresh vegetables, or as a finishing oil.
